Azercell was named the "Best local brand" of the year at "Baku Flames" festival

The company was awarded the Grand Prix and 10 awards at the leading creative platform of the region
The "Baku Flames" festival, considered one of the leading platforms in the region in the field of creative industry, innovation and modern communication, has successfully concluded. The festival, held on May 15-16, brought together creative industry representatives, international companies and media representatives from different countries this year.
A total of 320 projects were presented from more than 10 countries, including the United States of America, Estonia, Serbia, Latvia, Turkiye, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, within the framework of the festival. The projects were evaluated by a prestigious international jury and renowned experts in the creative industry.
“Azercell Telecom” LLC achieved high results at the festival and was awarded the title of “Best local brand” in the Azerbaijani nominations. At the same time, the company’s “DigiMax” and “Offline Women” projects won 1 Grand Prix, 2 gold and 2 bronze awards.
Thus, the “Offline Women” project was awarded the Grand Prix and a gold prize in the “Social Impact Campaigns” category, and bronze prizes in “Purposeful Strategy” and “Social Impact in PR”. Also, the promotional video for the “DigiMax” tariff package received a gold prize in the “Film Production” nomination.
In addition, the “Offline Women” social project was awarded 3 silver and 2 bronze prizes as the only local brand to win awards in international categories.
It should be noted that the main goal of the offlinegadinlar.az platform is to form a safe, accessible and reliable information environment for women who are exposed to violence or are at risk. Since the social initiative was presented to the public, the platform has collected more than 30 thousand unique views.
Azercell was also represented in the panel discussions organized within the framework of the festival. Sona Abbasova, Director of the Company’s Corporate Communications Department, spoke on the topic “Personal Branding and Corporate Reputation”.
The panel, moderated by technoblogger Farid Pardashunas, featured actor Azer Aydemir and singer Nigar Jamal discussing personal branding and modern communication trends. Nargiz Sailova, Head of Marketing Communications at Azercell, also participated in the festival's panel discussions and shared her thoughts on the creative approaches of the new generation.
