A blood donation drive was held at ADY
On the occasion of the professional holiday for railway workers, a blood donation drive was held at "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC (ADY) to assist individuals suffering from hemophilia, thalassemia, and other blood disorders.
This was reported by the joint-stock company.
It was noted that the blood donation drive was organized in collaboration with the Republic Blood Bank. More than one hundred employees from various structural divisions of ADY participated in the initiative on a voluntary basis.
According to the information, a specialized medical team—including hematologists—from the Republic Blood Bank assessed the health status of the donors before collecting blood, which was then added to the bank’s reserves.
Within the framework of its corporate social responsibility, ADY will continue to support humanitarian initiatives.
