Azercell, together with the National Paralympic Committee, visited Orphanage No. 3

The company representatives met with children on the eve of Novruz and Ramadan holidays

“Azercell Telecom” LLC continues its initiatives to support children in need of special care within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy. This time, the company, together with the Azerbaijan National Paralympic Committee, visited children deprived of parental care on the occasion of Novruz and Ramadan holidays. The initiative is aimed at promoting inclusive values, developing the younger generation and strengthening social solidarity.

The meeting took place at the Orphanage No. 3 social service institution of the Social Services Agency operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.

Representatives of the organizations congratulated the children on the upcoming holidays and wished them a successful future. Paralympic champions, in turn, emphasized that perseverance and faith are the main factors leading to success based on their personal life stories.

Various gifts were presented to the children as part of the event.

Attention and care for vulnerable groups of society are among the priorities for Azercell. The company supports social, intellectual and physical development of children by implementing various social initiatives.

It should be noted that the company has been supporting the Children's Paralympic Movement since 2014. Thanks to Azercell's continued support, the scope of the Children's Paralympic Games has expanded and hundreds of children with disabilities across the country have had the opportunity to engage in sports.
