Baku to host first international real estate and investment exhibition

From November 4–6, Baku will host AIREX 2026, the first specialized international real estate and investment exhibition in Azerbaijan.
The exhibition is expected to feature over 70 local and international companies from across Europe and Asia.
The event is projected to attract a total of 20,000 visitors.
At a press conference held ahead of the exhibition—organized with the support of PASHA Property Management—details were shared regarding the AIREX 2026 program, participating companies, the opportunities available to visitors, and the future development prospects of the real estate sector.
AIREX 2026 will bring together individuals looking to purchase a home, upgrade their living conditions, or invest in real estate, alongside professional stakeholders in the industry. Visitors will have the chance to explore local and international projects, learn about their specific features, and engage directly with company representatives.
Tural Aliyev, CEO of PASHA Property Management, highlighted the significance of the exhibition, describing AIREX 2026 as a vital initiative that unites various real estate market participants on a single platform, thereby contributing to the sector's growth. He noted that the event caters to a broad audience—ranging from first-time homebuyers and families seeking larger residences to investors and industry professionals. In addition to local projects, those interested in foreign markets will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from international firms. He added that AIREX 2026 will foster greater collaboration within the real estate sector and facilitate the establishment of new business connections.
Riad Salayev, Commercial Director of PASHA Property Management, spoke about the various opportunities the exhibition offers to both visitors and industry professionals. He noted that the event will offer participants the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts, infrastructure, and development prospects of both local and international real estate projects. Direct interaction with company representatives will help attendees better grasp the specifics of these projects and evaluate them against their own personal requirements. Furthermore, he stated that the exhibition will serve as an excellent platform for fostering professional dialogue among real estate market participants, facilitating the exchange of experience, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
The three-day AIREX 2026 exhibition will feature five panel discussions, company presentations, and various events focused on emerging approaches within the sector. The program will cover topics such as urban development prospects in Azerbaijan, new development projects, branded residences, premium housing concepts, city and neighborhood planning, sustainable construction, and potential collaborations between financial and technology companies and the real estate sector.
The exhibition will enable visitors to meet directly with representatives of projects that interest them, clarify key details, assess projects based on their individual needs, and discuss the next steps for potential cooperation.
Sponsors of AIREX 2026 include PASHA Real Estate Group, Baku City Residences, Sea Breeze, PMD Group, Baku White City, and ABB. The exhibition is organized in strategic partnership with Times Consulting and with the support of several government agencies. Admission to the exhibition is free.
