AZCON Holding successfully completes Global Senior Management program in cooperation with IE University
The Global Senior Management program, organized for the strategic leadership teams of AZCON Holding and its companies in cooperation with IE Business School, the business school of Spain's prestigious IE University, has been completed.
AZCON Holding Executive Director Shahin Babayev and IE University's Executive President for Corporate Relations William Davila emphasized the importance of human capital development in the sustainable growth of organizations during their speeches. They noted the important role of enhancing leadership skills, applying modern management approaches, and continuous learning in a changing business environment.
During the event, a memorandum was signed providing AZCON Holding employees with discounts on bachelor's and master's degree programs. At the same time, a new leadership program for middle managers was launched.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates were presented to participants who successfully completed the Global Senior Management program.
