World-class robotics competition to be held in Azerbaijan for the first time

With the support of Azercell, young people will compete in the international RobotChallenge competition.

On June 13–14, 2026, the first local Azerbaijani round of RobotChallenge, one of the world's most prestigious robotics and technology competitions, will be held with the support of Azercell. RobotChallenge Azerbaijan 2026 will take place at the Baku Crystal Hall.

Originally founded in Austria and later expanded internationally through further development in China, RobotChallenge is a global platform that enables young people to showcase their knowledge and skills in robotics, programming, engineering, artificial intelligence, and innovation. Hosting the competition in Azerbaijan will contribute to the promotion of STEAM education, the development of the country's innovation ecosystem, and the training of future technology specialists.

As part of the competition, participants representing different age groups will present projects they have developed in the fields of robotics, programming, artificial intelligence, and innovation, demonstrating their technological solutions and skills across various categories.

The winners of the local round will earn the right to represent Azerbaijan at the international final to be held in China.

More information about RobotChallenge Azerbaijan 2026 is available on the official website: www.robotchallenge.az.
