Within the framework of the World Autism Month, "Bakcell" held a meeting at "Kashalata" cafe

Innovation leader "Bakcell" organized a meeting titled "Innovative Solutions in Inclusivity" at "Kashalata" cafe, established by the "Together and Healthy" Public Union within the framework of the World Autism Awareness Month.

The main purpose of the event was to promote the development of inclusive approaches for people with neurodiversity in a digitalizing world, and to discuss innovative solutions and real experiences applied in this direction. More than 30 guests participated in the meeting, including representatives from the public and private sectors.

During the event, there was an exchange of ideas around modern approaches aimed at forming an inclusive society, expanding employment and education opportunities, as well as social entrepreneurship models. The discussion, moderated by Aytan Eynalova, founder and chairwoman of the "Together and Healthy" Public Union, featured speeches by Member of Parliament Nigar Arpadarai, Head of AZAL’s Human Resources Department Ellada Alishova, and Bakcell’s Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications Aysel Suleymanova.

Children attending the event tested games developed with virtual reality (VR) technology and also exhibited their own artworks, showcasing their creativity. This approach practically demonstrated how technology and creativity can be integrated in an inclusive environment.

Bakcell continuously implements projects aimed at supporting the development of people with neurodiversity, creating equal opportunities, and expanding inclusive approaches within the framework of its strategy to support the building of an inclusive society. The company continues to contribute to the sustainable development of society by combining technology and social initiatives.

The "Together and Healthy" Public Union supports the social welfare of people with neurodiversity and their families, and implements projects aimed at the integration of people with autism into society, as well as increasing inclusive education and employment opportunities. The "Kashalata" cafe, established by the initiative of the Union, is one of the important social platforms supporting the employment of neurodiverse youth.
