The International Autism Conference, held in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the support of Kapital Bank, has ended. The event, organized by the “Birgə və Sağlam” (“Together and Healthy”) Public Union, lasted 3 days.
Seminars on “Research on teaching skills to students suffering from autism in inclusive classes”, “Lessons learned from 35 years of research on teaching safety skills”, “Medical Interventions in the Treatment of ASD”, “Sleep problems in children with autism: Etiology and behavioral perspectives” and other topics were held at the conference.
The event discussed the ways to combat autism, a problem of modern times, and the steps to be taken in this direction within the framework of public-private partnership. Farid Hidayetzade, a member of the Board of Directors of Kapital Bank, noted in his speech that although our main activity is banking, we also try to play a role in the development of society. “Corporate Social Responsibility projects have always been one of the most important directions of our bank’s strategy. Autism is one of the realities of the modern era, and it is very important for all of us to be informed on this topic. That is why we highly appreciate the work of the conference and are walking the same path with you in this wonderful mission.
