"Orthopedic health" seminar was held for Expressbank’s employees

Expressbank, which attaches special importance to the well-being of its employees, has implemented another corporate social responsibility initiative in this direction. An educational seminar on "Orthopedic health and proper sitting" was organized for employees at the bank's head office.

The event took place within the framework of a partnership between Expressbank and one of the leading medical institutions in the country, "Liv Bona Dea Hospital". The main goal of the seminar was to protect the spinal health of employees working in an office environment, increase work productivity and prevent complications that a sedentary lifestyle can cause.

During the event, Onur Chay, the chief trainer of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department of "Liv Bona Dea Hospital", provided the participants with detailed information about the physiology of spinal column and bad habits encountered in daily work. The interactive meeting covered important topics such as proper sitting habits, methods of protecting spinal health in the work environment and daily physical activities in detail.

At the end of the seminar, the trainer answered the questions of the employees and provided individual advice for the prevention of spinal pain.

It should be noted that Expressbank implements measures supporting health and physical well-being of its employees within the framework of the "Healthy Team" corporate social responsibility project. Thus, this project has chosen the main goal of maintaining high motivation and well-being within the team by ensuring that employees acquire health habits both in the work process and in everyday life.
