FINCA Azerbaijan held financial literacy training and a meeting with clients in Lankaran

FINCA Azerbaijan continues its efforts to enhance financial literacy among the population, promote financial inclusion, and strengthen direct engagement with its clients. In this context, an educational training session on financial literacy—along with a meeting for FINCA Azerbaijan clients—was organized with the support of the Lankaran Youth House Social Service Institution.

The primary objective of the training was to develop the knowledge and skills of young people in personal finance management, helping them make more informed and well-considered financial decisions in their daily lives.

During the event, participants received guidance on planning personal budgets, effectively managing income and expenses, developing saving habits, and assessing financial risks.

Another key focus of the educational program was digital financial security and protection against the risks of cyber fraud. Participants gained practical advice on identifying suspicious financial offers, safeguarding personal information, and maintaining secure financial practices within the digital environment. As part of the visit, meetings were also held with FINCA Azerbaijan’s existing clients. These meetings were significant for gaining a deeper understanding of the clients' financial needs, the challenges they face, and their expectations regarding services, as well as for listening directly to their feedback and suggestions.

For FINCA Azerbaijan, maintaining an ongoing dialogue with clients is not merely about assessing service quality; it is a crucial element in developing products and services that align with actual needs. Such meetings serve to enhance the customer experience and strengthen mutual trust between the organization and its clients.

FINCA Azerbaijan believes that increasing access to financial services goes beyond the mere provision of credit products. Developing financial literacy, promoting a culture of responsible borrowing, and accurately understanding client needs are also fundamental prerequisites for sustainable financial inclusion. Having established financial inclusion and a customer-centric approach as core principles of its operations, FINCA Azerbaijan aims to continue its initiatives focused on enhancing financial literacy in the regions, fostering open dialogue with clients, and strengthening the accessibility of financial services.
