Equal banking for all: a new inclusive initiative from AccessBank

AccessBank is launching new initiatives aimed at creating a more accessible and inclusive environment for all customers as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy from June 2025.
It should be noted that May 15 is celebrated as Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The main goal of this day is to think, talk and learn about digital accessibility and inclusion, as well as to bring to the agenda the right of more than one billion people with physical disabilities to equal access to the digital environment.
We believe that convenient and high-quality banking services should be accessible to everyone. For this reason, subtitles will be added to all AccessBank video materials starting in June. This innovation will allow customers with hearing disabilities to freely watch the information provided.
At the same time, an accessibility menu function has been launched on the bank’s official website for people with physical disabilities. Thanks to this feature, users can adjust the site to suit their individual needs and use it more conveniently.
