Expressbank once again organized a voluntary blood donation campaign.
Held at the bank’s head office on May 8 in connection with International Thalassemia Day, the main purpose of the campaign was to support people suffering from thalassemia and other blood disorders.
The campaign was organized in cooperation with the Republic Blood Bank. Employees wishing to become donors first underwent medical examinations, and based on doctors’ evaluations, blood was collected from those whose health indicators were considered suitable.
In addition to the bank’s management and head office employees, staff from branches across the capital also joined the initiative.
It should be noted that blood donation campaigns have long been one of the key areas of Expressbank’s corporate social responsibility activities. The bank plans to continue implementing socially beneficial projects in the future as well.
Expressbank currently operates through 16 branches located in Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Mingachevir, Barda, Shirvan, Qusar, Khachmaz, and Lankaran. Information about the bank’s products and services is available through the official website, the 132 Information Center, and the bank’s official accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
