Ziraat Bank Azərbaycan supported an event on the topic “Human vs AI”

With the support of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan and the organization of the Women Bankers Club, an event was held on the topic of “Human vs AI: Competition or Cooperation?”

The event took place on May 5 at ADA University and brought together female bankers working at various banks as well as university students.

The main purpose of the experience-sharing event, which united female bankers and ADA University students, was to exchange ideas on the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of work, the banking sector, and human resources.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Selçuk Demir, Chairman of the Management Board of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan, emphasized the importance of the human factor amid the rapid development of technology and noted that artificial intelligence should be viewed more as a model of cooperation rather than competition.

During the panel discussions, Firuza Mammadova, Director of the Human Resources and Performance Management Department at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan; Gunay Jalilova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Yelo Bank; and Farghana Mammadova, Member of the Management Board and Chief Administrative Officer for Human Capital and Organizational Development at Kapital Bank, shared their views on the impact of artificial intelligence on human resources and the future work environment.

The panel discussions included extensive exchanges on the opportunities created by artificial intelligence in banking, education, and the business environment. At the end of the event, the speakers answered questions addressed by ADA University students.
