Yelo Bank organized "Career Days" for students
Adhering to the Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy, Yelo Bank organized a training project at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The main goal of this initiative is to guide and support young people at the beginning of their careers.
The trainings, which students enthusiastically attend, are designed to develop soft skills. These included training on Your Formula for Success, Time Management and Business Etiquette. Yelo Bank employees, acting as trainers, not only informed the participants with theoretical knowledge, but also conducted practical exercises. The feedback from the participants was very positive and they expressed their gratitude to the Bank for this initiative. At the end of the project, participants were provided with certificates.
