Women in Motoring World 2026

Women in the Motoring World — second edition, stronger purpose.
Organised by JP Events Azerbaijan during Azerbaijan Grand Prix Week, this year’s event once again brought together women shaping the future of motoring, mobility and leadership.
On stage, we were proud to welcome:
Kaori Ishikawa — UN Women Country Representative in Georgia and Liaison for the South Caucasus
Karen Webb Moss — Member of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission, Chair of Aquatics GB and More than Equal
Franziska Queling — Director of Corporate & Internal Communications at Opel/Vauxhall and Head of Corporate & Internal Communications at Stellantis Germany
Candelaria Tornquist — General Manager and Director of Reklus Cars
The discussion was professionally moderated by Petra Bindl, international TV presenter and sports journalist.
Together, they shared different perspectives on women’s leadership, equal opportunity, inclusion and the future of the motoring world — and why visibility and representation still matter.
For us, Women in the Motoring World is more than an event. It is a platform we want to continue developing, bringing the right people together and creating space for meaningful conversations and new opportunities.
A heartfelt thank you to all our speakers and Petra for being part of this journey, and to "PASHA Holding" LLC and bp for supporting the initiative for the second consecutive year.
With appreciation to our sponsors and partners: "PASHA Holding" LLC | bp | TIMES Consulting | Reklus Cars | FIA | United Nations | German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) | ASK | Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) | Paulaner Brauhaus Baku | Baku Caviar
