"Veysaloglu" sponsored a documentary film

Presentation of the documentary film "Nakhchivan Maarif", which was produced with the sponsorship of "Veysaloglu", was held at Heydar Aliyev Palace in Nakhchivan city.

At the event, a dear memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan was first commemorated with a minute of silence, followed by the National Anthem.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, acting minister Hasan Seyidov, said that Nakhchivan, which is an integral part of Azerbaijan, has given many outstanding personalities to our history, science, literature and public opinion. He noted that as a result of the important historical services of these personalities, development of scientific, literary and cultural thought in the ancient land has been exemplary in many periods.

In his speech, the Minister of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Elkhan Najafov, drew attention to the special importance of studying the educational movement in the region, revealing its results, examining the state of public education and schools, as well as factors affecting their development on a progressive basis. It was noted that the research conducted in this direction serves to enrich the history of pedagogical thought of the country and creates an opportunity to use progressive traditions with positive experience even today.

Speaking at the presentation, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Advisor to the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jasaret Valehov, emphasized that during the period in question, the educational movement in Nakhchivan rose to a high level, and serious achievements were achieved in the field of science and education. It was noted that educators of Nakhchivan worked to improve the life of society, speaking not only on behalf of a certain class, but also on behalf of the nation as a whole.

Aydin Talibov, founder and CEO of Veysaloglu Group of Companies, said in his speech that the film “Nakhchivan Maarif” is not only a cultural project for the company, but also an expression of a strategic vision, commitment to education and national and spiritual values. He noted that the film aims to contribute to the formation of the younger generation as educated and responsible citizens, connected to their roots. At the same time, it was emphasized that joint efforts to restore the erased and forgotten history of Azerbaijan are of great importance.

At the end, the documentary film “Nakhchivan Maarif” was shown.
