Trainings were held to 100 newly created NGOs

"Basics of Project Management" training is being conducted for 100 newly established NGOs.

The opening ceremony of the "Basics of Project Management" training was held at ADA University with the joint organization of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations and ADA University Development and Diplomacy Institute.

The training is for new NGOs that have been established in recent years; about 100 NGOs have been involved in the process.

Vice-rector of ADA University Fariz Ismayilzadeh said that the trainers were specially selected and a unique opportunity was created to increase the knowledge and skills of NGOs related to project planning, implementation, implementation control, and general management within 2 days.

Aygun Aliyeva, executive director of the State Support Agency for NGOs, invited the newly created NGOs to be active, come up with new initiatives, and participate in the contests announced by the agency. She said that the agency provided methodical support to NGOs with this project.

Tural Aliyev, representative of Department for work and communication with NGOs of the Presidential Administration, trainers of ADA University also participated in the opening ceremony.

At the end of the training, certificates of the Agency and ADA University will be presented to the NGOs that show successful results.
