McDonald’s Azerbaijan provided school supplies to first-grade students from the families of martyrs

Ahead of the new academic year, McDonald’s Azerbaijan is continuing its tradition of supporting the children of martyrs in collaboration with the State Social Protection Fund (DSMF).

For the third consecutive year, McDonald’s Azerbaijan has been providing school bags stocked with essential school supplies to first-grade students from martyrs' families across the country.

This year, 194 children of martyrs entering the first grade nationwide received these school supplies. The school kits were handed over to the DSMF, which in turn ensured their delivery to children living in various regions of the country.

A celebratory event marking the start of the new academic year was organized at a McDonald’s restaurant for the children of martyrs living in Baku who are starting the first grade. The children were treated to various McDonald’s meals, enjoyed an entertainment program featuring animators, and received school bags equipped with necessary supplies.

The project was carried out within the framework of a long-term partnership established through a memorandum signed between McDonald’s Azerbaijan and the State Social Protection Fund. Within the framework of this cooperation, the company consistently implements corporate social responsibility projects aimed at supporting the children of martyrs' and veterans' families.
