The third week of the "YAŞAT" camp has begun

The third week of the 5th “YAŞAT” camp, jointly organized by the “YAŞAT” Foundation and the “ASAN Volunteers” Organization, and implemented in partnership with “TABİA Group” and “Lankaran Springs Wellness Resort” Hotel, has begun.

According to the Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, before the opening ceremony of the week, which was attended by 53 children of martyrs aged 10-13, the children participated in an excursion to a honey farm within the framework of the “From Village to City” project and became closely acquainted with beekeeping, honey production process and the preparation of natural products.

Then, they were informed about the internal rules of the camp, got to know each other better through “Icebreak” and initial familiarization trainings conducted by psychologists, and joined interactive activities aimed at forming team spirit.

During the week, morning exercises promoting a healthy lifestyle were performed, and educational conversations were held with psychologists on the topics of emotional well-being, communication, and personal development.

The participants spent their free time effectively and entertainingly by participating in an entertainment program that included bowling and various game machines, the “Faceart” event, and pool and playground activities.

In addition, various skills were acquired in the master class organized by “ABAD”.

In the next master class, held with the support of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, the children met with European and world prize-winner Taleh Mammadov and got acquainted with his life and sports experience.

New knowledge was acquired about modern technologies and innovative solutions in the info session “Journey to the Future with Artificial Intelligence and Robots” organized by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SİM).

A total of about 400 children of martyrs are expected to participate in the project.
