The III International Festival of Spiritual and Physical Experiences - “Nine Senses Fest 2026”, held in Baku with the support of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder of the “Nine Senses” art center and President of the Azerbaijan Yoga Federation, has successfully concluded.
This year, more than 1,200 participants, more than 80 experts and masters from Azerbaijan, India, China, Russia, Turkiye and other countries came together at the festival.
The main theme of the festival was the slogan “From Roots to Growth”. The symbol of the festival was the Tree, which symbolizes a person’s connection with his roots, inner support, development and movement towards new heights.
Over the three days, the festival program covered various traditions and directions serving the comprehensive development of a person: meditative practices, various types of yoga, Sufi traditions, qigong, tea ceremonies, psychology, music, art and intercultural dialogue.
One of the symbols of the festival was the Tree of Desire installed in the Nine Senses space. For three days, participants from different countries wrote their dreams, intentions and wishes on the branches of the tree. The Tree of Dreams symbolized the main idea of the festival - a progress of a person on the path of internal development, remaining connected to his roots.
Among the most anticipated guests of the festival was Pavel Piskaryov, the author of the neurographics method, who performed a large-scale art performance as part of the “Neurotree. From Roots to Growth” program and Sufism Day.
Spiritual development master Imram Kriya brought together a large audience with his lectures, master classes and musical meetings.
Health and longevity expert Lev Ivanov, as well as human potential researcher Vadim Popov, aroused great interest among the participants with their speeches on life energy, internal development and health.
Another expert who took a special place in the festival program was sound therapy master Alexey Mayorov. His Sound Healing sessions were remembered as one of the most visited programs of the festival. These experiences, based on vibration and sound, gave the participants a feeling of deep relaxation and inner harmony.
One of the most important events of the festival was the Day of Sufism, dedicated to the spiritual heritage of the East. During the day, participants got acquainted with Sufi philosophy and culture through music, poetry, meditation and various spiritual practices.
Among the notable figures of the program there were a spiritual teacher Darpan, who presented the program “Sufi Heart”, the author of the large-scale art performance Pavel Piskaryov, and Turkish musician Özgür Baba, who captivated the festival participants with his unique performance.
The lessons of the Indian master Bharat Thakur, the programs of the Azerbaijani yoga teacher Gafar Ganizade, the transformation game “Lila”, as well as the performances of the musician Renata made a significant contribution to the formation of the creative and spiritual atmosphere of the festival.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the festival, Academic Director of the Nine Senses Art Center Natalya Zhukova said: ““Nine Senses” is a place where ancient knowledge and modern experiences meet, where a person can stop and listen to himself and take a step towards a more conscious, harmonious life. We are very pleased that people from different countries, cultures and traditions have come together in Baku around the ideas of development, health and inner growth.”
According to Natalya Zhukova, the festival once again showed that interest in spiritual experiences, a healthy lifestyle and inner harmony unites people today, regardless of their age, profession and culture.
The bright final of the festival was Marat Nigmatulin’s “SBUDETSYA!” program and Chingiz Mustafayev's “STATE of SOUND” project. One of the most emotional moments of the festival was when Özgür Baba and Chingiz Mustafayev shared the same stage. This musical dialogue, uniting the sounds of two different cultures, became a memorable final chord of the “Nine Senses Fest 2026”.
The organizers would like to thank the partners, sponsors, experts, volunteers and all participants for their support in the implementation of the festival.
The main partners of the festival are “Sea Breeze Resort” and “The Club Port Baku”, the co-organizer is “ANSA” academy, and the sponsors include “Azersun Holding”, “Baku Sewing House” (BTE) and “Azerbaijan Textile Association” (ATA).
The information partners of the event are “Media.az” and “Baku” magazine, as well as representatives of local and international media.
“Nine Senses Fest 2026” once again confirmed its status as one of the largest international festivals of spiritual and physical experiences in the region. It has brought together different cultures, worldviews, and traditions around the ideas of health, creativity, inner harmony, and conscious living.
