The winners of Azercell’s “We make life fuller: women’s support program 2025” social project competition continue to implement their initiatives.
One of these initiatives, the “StartHer” project, has successfully completed the initial selection stage and entered the implementation stage. The project aims to develop the knowledge and skills of young women living in Guba region in the field of entrepreneurship and startups.
Within the framework of the program, 8 training sessions will be organized for 20 young women covering topics such as establishing startups, the basics of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, teamwork and effective presentation skills. During the project, participants will develop their ideas in teams by applying the knowledge they have gained in practice. The initiative will culminate in a hackathon in May, and participants will present their projects to the jury. The winning teams will be awarded various prizes.
The project is implemented by the Innovative Development Support Public Association.
It should be noted that the main goal of this social project competition, which Azercell has been implementing for three years now, is to contribute to the sustainable development of the country by supporting the economic independence of women. The call for the competition for 2026 will be announced in August.
