The opening event of the "Future Shapers" program organized by "PASHA Holding" was held

The opening event of "Future Shapers" program took place on April 26, 2025. The program, which is now in its 4th year, aims to identify talented university students and recent graduates, contribute to their development, and inform young people about new roles emerging in the market.

This year's main topics of "Future Shapers" are data and analytics, information technologies, product culture, and innovation. Knowledge sessions covering these topics were also held during the event. As speakers, executives from "PASHA Holding" and other organizations shared their experiences and provided information about innovations and opportunities in the field of technical and digital skills. In addition, representatives of "PASHA Holding" and its subsidiaries informed participants about the vision of "PASHA Group", career and development opportunities, and talked about new roles emerging in the market.

As the next stage, participants will take an aptitude test, as well as business simulations on the development of skills required in modern times. Successful applicants will also be able to join the talent pool of PASHA Group companies.

It should be noted that the program is organized by PASHA Hub, the Learning and Development Center of PASHA Holding. PASHA Hub is not only aimed at development of PASHA Group employees, but also at organizing programs aimed at the development of young personnel in our country.
