The "Mobile Youth Service" project was held for the first time in Jabrayil

The “Mobile Youth Service” project, which has been held in various cities and regions of Azerbaijan, including remote villages, with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the past few years, is organized this year under the slogan “Sovereign State, Patriotic Youth”. For the first time, the opening of the project took place in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan - the city of Jabrayil. Young people from Jabrayil and Zangilan joined the opening ceremony.
The main goal of this year’s “Mobile Youth Service” project, organized within the framework of 2025 “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” announced by the head of state, is to familiarize regional youth about importance of restoring our sovereignty throughout the country under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, and to contribute to the accessibility of opportunities and services created by the successfully implemented state youth policy, including initiatives in employment, innovation and other areas, to young people living in regions.
The opening ceremony of the project began with the playing of the National Anthem and a minute of silence in memory of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty of our country.
Speaking at the event, Nijat Karimov, Senior Advisor to the Special Representative of the President in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan regions, Yusif Valiyev, Acting Executive Director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Azer Aliyev, General Director of the Youth Development and Career Center, emphasized the importance of the Mobile Youth Service for the country's youth. The project was assessed as one of the important steps taken towards educating the country's youth and strengthening their commitment to the state values.
It was noted that this initiative, in addition to increasing the social activity of young people living in the regions, will contribute to development of their knowledge and skills, and to raising the spirit of patriotism. The official part of the event concluded with musical performances in the spirit of patriotism performed by young people.
Later, within the framework of the Mobile Youth Service, educational trainings and sessions were held in the open air for young people living in Jabrayil and Zangilan on topics such as state youth policy, as well as specialty selection that would cover their interests, career planning, personal development, volunteering, and basic life skills.
In addition, interactive activities - workshops, master classes, quizzes, and intellectual games - were organized in the event area to reveal talents and initiatives of young people. Effective organization of their leisure time was ensured through board games and team-based entertainment programs intended for young people. Young people who were distinguished for their activity in the activities organized during the event were awarded.
It should be noted that the Mobile Youth Service project is being implemented with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and jointly organized by the "Young Volunteers" Public Union and the Youth Development and Career Center. The project is planned to cover thousands of young people living in remote villages in 15 cities and regions of the republic by the end of October 2025.
