The fifth week of the "YAŞAT" camp has begun

The fifth week of the 5th "YAŞAT" camp, jointly organized by the "YAŞAT" Foundation and the "ASAN Volunteers" Organization, has begun.
According to the information provided by the Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 52 children of martyrs aged 12-13 are participating this week.
On the first day, an excursion to citrus groves was organized for the participants, where they got acquainted with the nature of the region and citrus growing traditions. This was followed by the opening ceremony of the camp, the participants were introduced to the internal rules of the camp, and participated in "icebreak" training conducted by psychologists. Practical exercises were carried out to help the children get to know each other better, adapt to the team, develop their communication skills, and feel comfortable through interactive games and team tasks. The day continued with board games after dinner.
The second day began with morning sports. Children attended individual and group meetings with psychologists and participated in educational sessions on emotional health, self-expression and mutual communication. During the day, a dance master class was organized, various games were held in the hotel's entertainment zones, "Faceart" activities and a pool hour aroused the interest of children. The day ended with an evening entertainment program.
On the third day, participants met with children's writer Murshud Ismayilzadeh. During the meeting, the writer talked with children about the importance of reading, formation of reading habits, creative process and writing activities, answered their questions, and an interesting exchange of views took place. In the second half of the day, an educational training was held by the "Dayaq Xeyriyyə" organization on the protection of oral and dental health, proper hygiene rules and the importance of preventive examinations. The day continued with a pool break. In the evening, a concert program with the organizational support of ASAN TV/Radio and the participation of singer Ilkin Dovletov provided a good mood to the camp participants.
