The company implemented a development program for members of the "Üçüncü Bahar" Public Union

"Azercell Telecom" LLC continues its initiatives aimed at the development of various groups of society within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy. This time, the company organized a special training program for members and employees of the "Üçüncü Bahar" ("Third Spring") Public Union.

The main goal of the project was to increase the social activity of older people, encourage them to acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the requirements of the changing times. At the same time, the initiative supported the development of practical skills that they could use in their daily lives and social activities.

The sessions conducted by professional trainers of the "Azercell" Academy covered the topics of effective communication and information security. The trainings organized in an interactive format allowed the participants to gain both theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills.

At the same time, sessions on emotional intelligence and business etiquette were held for the employees of the "Üçüncü Bahar" PU in order to develop their professional skills.

It should be noted that the "Üçüncü Bahar" Public Union is a non-governmental organization that carries out activities aimed at promoting an active and healthy lifestyle of older people, strengthening their social integration, as well as developing their knowledge and skills.

"Azercell" will continue to contribute to the promotion of inclusive development and the acquisition of skills that meet the challenges of the modern era through projects aimed at the development of various age and social groups of society.
