Speakers of the "Women Leaders Summit" to be held for the first time in our country have been announced
The "Women Leaders Summit" will be held at Gulistan Palace on March 4, 2025, jointly organized by "Facemark" and "İNCİ - Business Women's Communication Club". The event will bring together nearly 500 experts, leaders and opinion leaders with the concept message "Equality of Differences". During the event, which will cover the whole day, participants will listen to speeches by women from different fields on panel topics, learn from their experiences and emphasize equality in leadership, as well as equality of differences, not individuals.
Experts from various fields will discuss the topics of leadership, innovation and digital transformation at the "Women Leaders Summit". In the panels "Leader Woman or Woman Leader?", "Innovation and Strategic Approaches" and "Women in the Era of Digital Trends", professional moderators and speakers will highlight the power of diversity and demonstrate how different experiences and skills complement each other.
The opening panel of the event, "Leader Woman or Woman Leader?" the topic will be moderated by Fargana Mammadova, a member of the Board of Directors of Kapital Bank OJSC. The panel will feature speakers - Aynur Suleymanli (General Director of ABB), Gulzar Guliyeva (founder of GDG Professionals) and Nigar Baimova (General Director of Ders Evi Innovative Education Center).
The "Innovation and Strategic Approaches" panel will be moderated by Gulshan Jumayeva, Marketing Director of PASHA Capital Investment Company. Natavan Mammadova (Head of Women's Economic Empowerment at the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD), Mehriban Nazarova (Organizational Development Director at PASHA Real Estate), Gunay Jalilova (Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yelo Bank), Tugra Musayeva (Head of Innovation Department at PASHA Holding) and Aysel Gulmammadova (founder of Baku Design Academy) will share their experience at the panel.
The final panel, "Women in the Era of Digital Trends," will be moderated by Konul Aliyeva, Country Director of FutureBright for Azerbaijan. Gulbeniz Ganbarova (Chairwoman of the Azerbaijan Rural Women's Association), Elnara Nahmadova (founder of the Beauttech beauty salon chain), Nigar Alasgarova (founder of the INSUN center), and Aynur Khalilova (founder of Dably Baku) will speak at the panel.
It should be noted that writer and publicist Agshin Yenisey and Saida Gasimova, founder of Azprint, will be speakers too
