SOCAR participates as a partner in the "SportFest" event

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is participating as a partner in the "SportFest" event held from April 26 to July 26.

SOCAR has released information about this.

It was reported that within the framework of the events held at the European Games Park, a mini football competition called "Fathers and Sons" was organized on the initiative of SOCAR on the occasion of the International Day for Protection of Children. SOCAR employees who participated in the Patriotic War, their 5-7-year-old children and female football players of "Neftchi" Football Club participated in the competition.

In the event, the main goal of which is to draw attention to family values ​​and promote a healthy lifestyle, both children and parents experienced unforgettable moments together, feeling the team spirit.

Also, within the framework of the "SportFest" event, the "World Without Barriers" project is being implemented in partnership with SOCAR. Sports and entertainment programs are organized for children with disabilities within the framework of the project. Various events are held in a special zone created on the territory of the park.
