“Bank of Baku” also reflects its development approach based on technology and innovation in its corporate social responsibility projects.
In this direction, on May 25, “Bank of Baku” organized an interactive training session and excursion called "RoboKəşf" (“RoboDiscovery”) for the children of martyrs and veterans.
Held at the STEAM Innovation Center with the support of the Social Services Agency and the “RoboSpace” training center, the event brought together more than 20 children between the ages of 9 and 14.
The main goal of the project was to support the intellectual development of the children, spark their interest in modern technologies, robotics, and programming, and also provide them with an enjoyable and productive way to spend their free time.
At the beginning of the event, the children were introduced to modern technologies and robotics. Afterwards, participants worked in teams to build simple robot models, constructed their own robots, and prepared presentations.
Following the training, the participants were taken on an excursion of the STEAM Innovation Center. The children toured rooms featuring various innovative and technological exhibits, gained interesting insights into science, technology, and engineering, and had the opportunity to test many of the exhibits firsthand.
At the end of the event, all participants of the “RoboKəşf” program were awarded certificates by “Bank of Baku.”
It should be noted that through such initiatives, the bank expresses its support for nurturing the future generation of technology specialists.
