On May 6, 2025, the official opening ceremony of the management marathon “ZIRVA – Vision and Traditions of the Victory Administrator” was held, organized by the ASAN Innovative Development Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and sponsored by the leading investment company of our country, PASHA Capital Investment Company.
The Chairman of the State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev and the First Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis Ali Ahmadov spoke at the opening ceremony of the project.
The main goal of the “ZIRVA” management marathon is to widely discuss the application of the victory policy of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev in the field of management and leadership, as well as to increase the knowledge and skills of young leaders and business people who are inspired by this policy that rewrites history.
Jeyhun Hajiyev, Director of PASHA Capital Investment Company, who participated as a speaker in the panel discussion on the topic of “New Challenges in Management”, expressed his views on the challenges faced by financial leaders in the modern era, the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on the financial sector, and shared his experiences.
The marathon, which will last from May 6 to July 6, will include the following activities with the participation of 150 leaders representing the public and private sectors:
Experience exchange meetings with government officials;
Trainings on the topic of “Innovative leadership skills in management”;
Familiarization events with the “ASAN service” model;
Info tours to the liberated territories
At the same time, it should be noted that an online book titled “Collection of Impressions” reflecting the impressions of the participants will be published at the final stage of the project.
