On March 4, 2025, the “Women Leaders Summit” was held for the first time in our country under the concept of “Equality of Differences” under the sponsorship of PASHA Capital Investment Company. Jointly organized by “Facemark” and “İNCI – Business Women’s Communication Club”, this event brought together nearly 500 representatives of the public and private sectors and played an important platform for women leaders to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as network.

The event, which consisted of 3 panels on the topics of “Women Leader or Female Leader?”, “Innovation and Strategic Approaches”, and “Women in the Era of Digital Trends”, featured 3 moderators and 14 speakers sharing their extensive experience with the event participants.

Aysel Jabrayilova, Head of the ASAN Innovative Development Center, Nigar Arpadarai, Member of the Milli Majlis, and Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairwoman of the Board of the State Examination Center, delivered opening speeches and shared their views on the development of women leaders and their role in society.

The “Innovation and Strategic Approaches” panel was moderated by Gulshan Jumayeva, Marketing Director of PASHA Capital Investment Company. Among the main topics discussed at the panel were the role of women in the formation, implementation and application of innovation and strategic approaches, the biggest challenges they face and ways to solve them. Also, based on real examples from the local and global markets, discussions were held on the application of innovation for social purposes and its importance for society, and the event participants were provided with extensive information.
