As a socially responsible corporate citizen, PASHA Bank continues its initiatives to implement projects aimed at the sustainable development and progress of Azerbaijani society.
On the occasion of June 1 - International Children's Day, the Bank, together with the "Bilim Baku" center and the "YAŞAT" Foundation, implemented a project called "Small Entrepreneurs, Big Goals" (“Kiçik sahibkarlar, böyük hədəflər”). The project, prepared for the children of martyrs' families and "PASHA Bank" employees, aimed to develop the entrepreneurial skills of the participants.
Within the framework of the project, which took place from May 4 to 31, 2025, 100 students aged 10-14 were trained. During the lessons, experienced teachers from the "Bilim Baku" center provided children with information about the structure, types and strategies of entrepreneurship. After the general program and mentoring lessons were completed, the teams presented their products at the closing ceremony of the project. The products were evaluated by the jury, the winners were selected, and the first 3 winning teams were awarded special prizes.
“The project not only provided participants with knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, but also developed their creative and strategic thinking skills. We believe that this experience will be beneficial for the participants. Our goal is to encourage the younger generation to be more successful and active in the future by encouraging entrepreneurship, creativity and leadership skills,” said Zibeyda Hajiyeva, General Director of Human Resources at PASHA Bank.
It should be noted that PASHA Bank intends to continue implementing such initiatives in the future as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
