PASHA Bank partners with ICPC World Finals

The country's leading corporate financial institution, PASHA Bank, has partnered with the 49th World Finals of the prestigious International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) in Baku.
The ICPC World Finals, held for the first time in Baku under the partnership of the Central Bank, organization of the ICPC Foundation, hosting of ADA University, joint cooperation of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and the ICPC Azerbaijan community, as well as support of PASHA Holding, is considered an important event in the technological development of our country. Representatives of leading technology companies such as OpenAI, Google, and Huawei also gathered in Baku to participate in the world finals. ICPC is of great importance for the development of programming field, increasing the interest of young people in this field, and its recognition on a global scale.
Azerbaijan has been participating in the regional rounds of ICPC since 2004. To date, our country has been represented by only one team that has qualified for the finals. This year, for the first time, Azerbaijan is represented in the world finals by two teams from ADA University and Baku Higher Oil School.
It should be noted that the areas of innovation and professional development of youth occupy a special place in the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of PASHA Bank. PASHA Bank's participation in such international events, which contributes to the technological potential of the country, as well as the development of the knowledge and skills of the younger generation, has been identified as a priority in its long-term goals.
