The country’s leading corporate financial institution, PASHA Bank, is the sponsor of “Women in Formula One” event, which highlights the role of women in motorsport.

The event, which will be held in Baku on September 19, 2025, ahead of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, is a new platform that highlights female talent and leadership in motorsport. This platform will highlight female leadership both locally and internationally, offering participants a unique experience and extensive networking opportunities. The event aims to demonstrate the growing role of women in motorsport and inspire the younger generation.

Opening the event, which was attended by international professional experts, Zibeyda Hajiyeva, General Director of Human Resources at PASHA Bank, noted that the sponsorship of the project is another example of the Bank’s commitment to supporting women’s leadership, as well as diversity.

"This event not only celebrates the achievements of women in motorsports, but also inspires future generations. We believe that women's success accelerates the development of society and every young girl should believe that her dreams can come true," said Hajiyeva.
