The country's leading corporate financial institution, PASHA Bank, is a sponsor of the FINTEX SUMMIT 2025 - Finance and Technology Exhibition, one of the most prestigious financial and banking events in the region, held in Baku.
The summit, dedicated to the theme of "New trends in banking and financial ecosystem: Digital integration, Fintech partnerships and Cybersecurity", acts as a leading platform for digital transformation and innovation-oriented cooperation in the region. Organized by the Azerbaijan Banks Association in Baku on June 24-25, 2025, high-level discussions will be held on 7 panels. The main focus will be on the application of financial technologies, digital payment ecosystems, the use of artificial intelligence in banking, open banking, regtech solutions and dynamically developing bank-fintech cooperation models. At the same time, a broad exchange of views will be held on the challenges of cybersecurity and data protection in the digital environment.
As part of the event, PASHA Bank’s Data Department Director Ilker Kurtulush will moderate a panel titled “Using artificial intelligence and big data: How banks can accelerate measurable innovation in 2025.” The panel will feature local and international experts discussing the transformation of AI from concept to real results, beginning of a new era in efficiency and innovation with AI, accelerating measurable AI innovations in fintech, applying AI to customer service, and future of data-driven AI transformation in the financial sector.
It should be noted that nearly 300 international and regional organizations will participate in the event. In total, more than 1,500 delegates are expected to attend, including representatives from government agencies, commercial banks, fintech companies, payment technology providers, investors, diplomatic missions, and academic institutions. Nearly 50 local and international speakers will share trends and best practices in financial technologies at the event.
The Fintex Summit is one of two major international financial events held annually in Baku. Another influential platform is the International Banking Forum.
