Media representatives prepared coffee together with the employees of Kashalata café

With the support of Trendyol, Turkey's leading e-commerce platform and one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms, a media tour was organized to "Kashalata" cafe, a social space that promotes inclusive values ​​and provides open and equal opportunities for everyone.

A meeting was organized with the media representatives and the cafe employees, and they prepared coffee together. The birthday of one of the cafe employees was also celebrated.

Stating that the success of businesses in the modern world is not measured solely by economic results, Suheyla Jafarova, Corporate Communications Director of Trendyol in Azerbaijan, continued her thoughts as follows: "Trendyol aims to create a sustainable and positive impact on society. In Azerbaijan, we implement a large part of these initiatives together with our strategic partner PASHA Holding. One of the successful examples of this cooperation is the support provided to "Kashalata" cafe. For two years now, we have been supporting the sustainable activities of this social initiative together with PASHA Holding."

According to Bayim Ibrahimova, a representative of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of PASHA Holding, the main goal of the company she represents is to contribute to society and see its real results: "We really want the projects we implement to no longer be in the form of aid, but to be projects that can sustain themselves in the future. The projects carried out at "Kashalata" cafe are an example in this regard. The young people working here are economically active and independent. We would like there to be more such projects, to increase inclusiveness and to make adaptations to society easier. It is a fairly successful project that has aroused interest from society. We are working hand in hand to successfully continue this project. We aim to increase the number of such projects that will serve as a role model for other projects and to create more useful and sustainable work for society."

Ayten Eynalova, founder and head of the "Birgə və Sağlam" Public Union and co-founder of "Kashalata" cafe, spoke about the history and goals of the cafe, emphasizing the importance of sustainability of such projects for building inclusive societies.

At the end of the event, music was played, creating a cheerful and positive atmosphere.
