Heydar Aliyev Foundation has organized another entertainment event for children

Heydar Aliyev Foundation, at the initiative of its President Mehriban Aliyeva, organized an entertainment event for children in need of special care on August 26.

The event brought together children of heroes who were martyred in the struggle to restore the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, as well as children deprived of parental care and those raised in boarding schools, children with disabilities, and children in need of special care.

The celebration was organized to provide the children with a pleasant and unforgettable day, create opportunities for them to spend their leisure time in a meaningful and enjoyable way, and help every child feel that they are surrounded by attention and care.

The children arrived at recreational venues by special buses and took part in various entertainment programs and fun games throughout the day. They demonstrated their skills in creative activities and master classes, danced, and enjoyed spending time with their peers.

The celebration, held by the seaside in a summer atmosphere, also gave the children an opportunity to have fun in the swimming pool.

A lunch was also arranged for the children, who enjoyed the entertainment and participated in various games.

Those whose birthdays fell on that date celebrated their special day together with their peers.

At the end of the event, each child was presented with gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation as a memento of the wonderful day they had spent.

Eleven-year-old Yunis Abbasov said that the event had been very enjoyable for him:

“I had a lot of fun here today with my peers. We played games together, laughed, and had a great time. What I enjoyed most was being together with my friends. I am very happy to have taken part in such an event.”

Ten-year-old Murad Azimov said that he had participated in various activities throughout the day:

“Today was a very wonderful day for me. There were lots of interesting games here. We had fun with our friends and had a memorable day. I am very happy to be here.”

Ten-year-old Madina Azizli, who said this was her second time attending such an event, noted:

“This is my second time participating. This time, too, we played a lot, swam in the pool, and danced. We had an interesting day with our friends.”

The children congratulated First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva on her birthday. They expressed their gratitude for the attention and care shown to them and thanked the organizers for holding the event.

It should be noted that providing comprehensive care for children belonging to vulnerable groups is a particularly important area of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s activities. The Foundation regularly organizes entertainment programs for children deprived of parental care and those in need of special care, as well as for the children of Azerbaijani martyrs entrusted to the nation’s care. It also carries out initiatives aimed at strengthening their social protection.
