"EY Entrepreneur of the Year" competition has been launched with the support of IBA

"EY" Azerbaijan, with the support of IBA, has started accepting applications for the "EY Entrepreneur of the Year" competition for the 7th time in our country. Entrepreneurs and businessmen who wish to participate in the competition can submit their applications to the competition committee.

The "EY Entrepreneur of the Year" competition has been established for nearly 40 years and is currently held in 145 cities in more than 60 countries around the world. Businessmen who demonstrate leadership and success, regardless of their field of activity, can submit their applications to join the program until December 30, 2025.

The winner of the national competition will be selected in early 2026. The jury will evaluate the candidates based on various factors such as turnover growth, profitability, leadership qualities of the candidate, innovation and creativity, social responsibility and focus on sustainability.

The winner will represent Azerbaijan at the "EY Global Entrepreneur of the Year" competition to be held in Monaco in May 2026, competing with finalists from other countries.

This is the 7th time that IBA supports this competition. The number of participants in the program, which aims to promote entrepreneurship and recognize the achievements of Azerbaijani businessmen, is increasing year by year. Over the past few years, more than 70 entrepreneurs who participated in the competition have had the opportunity to expand business relationships, gain new ideas for business development, and join a community of influential entrepreneurs.
