“Best Managed Companies Azerbaijan 2026” competition has been announced

The “Best Managed Companies Azerbaijan 2026” business competition, implemented in cooperation with Azerbaijan’s leading corporate financial institution PASHA Bank and Deloitte Azerbaijan, has been officially announced. The parties have signed a cooperation agreement this year to implement the next stage of the project.
The official event held as part of the presentation ceremony emphasized the importance of the project, the joint efforts of the partners, and the fact that the program is celebrating its 5th anniversary in our country this year.
The main goal of this prestigious business competition is to promote Azerbaijan’s leading private companies and encourage the application of excellent management practices. The “Best Managed Companies” program is one of the leading international projects developed by Deloitte Private and aimed at the private sector.
The program is sponsored in Azerbaijan by Deloitte Azerbaijan and PASHA Bank, and Azerbaijan Business Development Foundation, ADA University, AMCHAM Azerbaijan, and Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company participate as partners.

The “Best Managed Companies” award program was first established in Canada in 1993 and is still recognized as one of the most prestigious business award programs in the country. The project is currently being successfully implemented in 46 countries, including China, the USA, Southeast Asia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Czechia, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Turkiye, Mexico and Chile.
In Azerbaijan, the program has been running since 2021. So far, about 50 companies have participated and 11 companies have been awarded the title of “Best Managed Companies Azerbaijan”. The winners include Araz Supermarkets, AVRORA Group, Azerconnect Group, Bridge Group of Companies, Embawood, NORM Cement (two-time winner), SABA, OBA Market, Veysaloglu Group of Companies (two-year winner), METAK (four-year winner and Gold Award winner) and Azersun Holding.
