Bank of Baku organized another tree-planting campaign

“Every tree is of value to nature and a breath of life for humanity” – this was the message emphasized by Bank of Baku, an institution that places special importance on environmental initiatives, during its latest tree-planting campaign.
On October 26, a tree-planting event took place in the settlement of Mushfigabad, organized by Bank of Baku with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
During the event, which saw the participation of the bank’s senior management and employees, 100 Eldar pines and olive trees—species well-suited to the soil and climatic conditions of the Baku-Absheron region—were planted.
The goal of this annual, traditional campaign by Bank of Baku is to contribute to national greening efforts and to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and care for nature.
Having adopted the slogan “Banking Close to Nature” as one of its core messages, the bank intends to continue its social responsibility projects—initiatives dedicated to environmental awareness, the protection of the natural environment, and the promotion of a sustainable future. It should be noted that, in addition to tree-planting campaigns, Bank of Baku has also organized initiatives to clean waste from the shores of the Caspian Sea.
