"Azerbaijan Poultry Company" LLC will support people who need special care
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and "Azerbaijan Poultry Company" LLC.
According to the information provided by the Public Relations and Communication Department of the Agency, at the event, the Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency, Vugar Behbudov, informed the guests about the mobile, stationary and semi-stationary social services provided to vulnerable population groups, and the work done in the field of further improving the accessibility of services to citizens and expanding the service network was brought to the attention of the guests.
It was noted that the agency cooperates with a number of public and private organizations in accordance with its activities, and those cooperations contribute to the coverage of citizens in need of special care with social support measures through their social partners.
Parviz Hajiyev, director of "Azerbaijan Poultry Company" LLC, said that Azerbaijan Poultry Company, which is one of the 4 subsidiaries of "LU-MUN Holding" LLC, has been recognized in the market with the "Marjan" brand of chicken and chicken products since 2012. Within the framework of the principle of Social Corporate Responsibility, which the company considers a priority, one of its main activities is providing regular assistance to people belonging to the vulnerable group who need special attention and care. Along with this, work is being done in the field of preparing orphaned children for the future and becoming useful citizens for the society.
According to the memorandum, the parties will carry out joint activities for training and development of experienced personnel during the next year, as well as conduct trainings, seminars and other programs on topics of mutual interest.
Within the framework of cooperation, Azerbaijan Poultry Company will organize "Barista" courses for a group of residents of a mixed-type orphanage for preschool and school-age children of the Social Services Agency of Ganja. At the end of the vocational training, 12 children aged 15-17 will acquire barista skills and be provided with a certificate, they will have the opportunity to be employed in the future.
