"Araz" supermarket chain will support the employment of boarding school graduates

"Araz" supermarket chain, which is part of the "Veysaloglu" Group of Companies, continues to implement important social projects within the framework of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy.

In this direction, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the "Araz" supermarket chain and the Azerbaijan National Culinary Association and the Youth Public Union for the Social Integration of Boarding School Graduates. The main goal of the memorandum is to support low-income individuals, contribute to increasing the employment opportunities of the population, and prepare professional personnel for the labor market.

The cooperation includes organizing internship programs for low-income individuals who have undergone vocational training, as well as boarding school graduates, supporting their integration into the labor market, and providing them with permanent jobs.

It is expected that the practical results to be achieved within the framework of the project will make a real contribution to improving the professional skills of socially vulnerable groups and gaining a sustainable position in the labor market. "Araz" aims to continue long-term and value-creating initiatives for society within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy.
