The “Əlaçı” Scholarship Program, organized by PASHA Holding, continues to support the professional and personal development of talented students. On October 11, 2026, the opening ceremony of the program for the 2026–2027 academic year was held.
In 2022, PASHA Holding, which implements various initiatives aimed at the professional development of the younger generation, launched the “Əlaçı” Scholarship Program as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The program provides monthly scholarships to third- and fourth-year undergraduate students. Now being held for the fifth time, the “Əlaçı” Scholarship Program for the 2026–2027 academic year will feature events and training sessions designed to support students’ professional and personal development.
Since its launch five years ago, the program has benefited more than 500 students. This year, over 3,000 students applied for the program, of whom 100 were selected to participate.
Throughout the program, participants will take part in a three-month personal development marathon, online training sessions, individual mentoring, career simulations, networking events, and meetings with specialists from PASHA Holding and PASHA Group companies. These activities will focus on developing students’ soft skills and supporting their career growth.
