A traditional blood donation campaign was held at AzerGold

Another blood donation campaign was organized at “AzerGold” CJSC to support children suffering from hereditary and acquired blood diseases.

The CJSC reported that employees of the central office and subsidiary of the organization, “Dashkasan Demir Filiz” LLC, participated in the campaign as voluntary donors.

The event was carried out by hematologists of the special medical brigade of the Republican Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health in accordance with sanitary and hygienic rules. Before donating blood, donors underwent a medical examination.

The blood reserves collected within the framework of the campaign will be transferred to the Republican Blood Bank for use in the treatment of children suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia and leukemia after laboratory examination.

It should be noted that during the current year, “AzerGold” CJSC will continue to organize projects and campaigns aimed at supporting vulnerable groups, especially children, within the framework of its social responsibility activities.
