"Zəfər" camp has been concluded with the support of “Veysəloğlu”

With the sponsorship of “Veysəloğlu” Group of Companies, the "Zəfər" Public Union for Supporting Families of Martyrs, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the United States, and with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as in partnership with ADA University, the "Zəfər" America Summer Camp for children of martyrs, held from July 15 to 26, has been successfully concluded.
The primary objective of the "Zəfər" America Summer Camp was to contribute to the international exposure of the children of martyrs, enhance their leadership and academic skills, broaden their perspectives, and provide them with a closer understanding of international education and cooperation opportunities.
During the two-week program, participants had the opportunity to become closely acquainted with the political, historical, and academic environment of the United States. The camp participants visited key national institutions, including the White House, the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Library of Congress. They also attended training sessions, seminars, and lectures at George Washington University, American University, and the ADA House in Washington, D.C.
As part of the program, participants also visited the Smithsonian Institution, the National Gallery of Art, Mount Vernon—the historic estate of the first President of the United States, George Washington—and Arlington National Cemetery, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the country's history, culture, and traditions of statehood.
It should be noted that the program brought together 10 children of martyrs who are currently enrolled in English-language degree programs at ADA University, Khazar University, and Azerbaijan Medical University, and who have distinguished themselves through outstanding academic performance during the current academic year.
