With the support of Kapital Bank, the multifunctional TəhsilPlus card for education workers was presented to the public

Financial accessibility for education workers has become even more convenient. As part of a joint initiative by the Education Development Fund, Kapital Bank, and the global technology company “Mastercard”, the multifunctional TəhsilPlus card was officially introduced to the public.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Chairman of the Board of the Education Development Fund Elnur Nasibov highlighted the advantages of the TəhsilPlus card. According to him, the card aims to enhance the social well-being and expand the opportunities of education sector employees by offering various benefits and privileges. He noted that the multifunctional card is designed for both teaching and administrative staff working across all levels of the education system, including preschool, general, vocational, secondary specialized, and higher education. The project is expected to cover approximately 450,000 individuals.

In his remarks, Farid Hidayatzade, Member of the Board and Chief Corporate Sales Officer of Kapital Bank, emphasized that supporting the education sector is one of the bank’s key priorities. “Teachers and education workers are the driving force shaping the future of society, and every step we take in this direction is an investment in the future. We have been cooperating with the Ministry of Science and Education for many years. Last year, together with the Education Development Fund, we launched the TələbəPlus card for students, which is already being actively used by more than 200,000 students. Today, we are taking another important step by introducing the TəhsilPlus card, aimed at a broader audience. Through this card, hundreds of thousands of teachers and education professionals will be able to access a variety of benefits and advantages. Our goal is not only to improve financial accessibility but also to create opportunities that add real value to the everyday lives of educators. We firmly believe that investing in education is one of the most important investments in our country’s future.”

The TəhsilPlus card will be available to users in the new academic year and aims to enhance the social welfare of education professionals by offering a variety of discounts and exclusive benefits.
