The duration of the "4SI Academy - National Program" has been extended for another year

The third phase of the “National Program” under the “4SI Academy” has been launched. Registration has opened for more than 21,000 courses offered by over 375 prestigious universities and leading technology companies worldwide.
The Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under the Ministry of Economy, together with the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Education, and in cooperation with the U.S.-based Coursera company, has extended the “4SI Academy – National Program” for another year. Within the framework of the program, citizens will be able to access courses from leading global universities and technology companies on the Coursera online learning platform free of charge.
The scope of the program has now been expanded even further. In addition to the more than 18,000 courses offered in previous phases, another 3,000 courses have been added. As a result, participants can choose from over 21,000 courses across various fields and use the platform free of charge for six weeks.
Furthermore, an additional 750 courses will be added to the existing 2,500 courses that are available with Azerbaijani subtitles. Fifteen courses have also been dubbed into Azerbaijani.
The training programs offered under the “4SI Academy – National Program” have been developed by more than 375 leading universities and technology companies worldwide. These partners include prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, University of Oxford, Yale University, Duke University, University of Michigan, and the University of London, as well as global technology companies and educational providers such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DeepLearning.AI.
The program aims to support the development of knowledge and skills related to Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and to help build a competitive workforce capable of accelerating the country's transition to a digital economy. In this new phase, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their expertise in areas such as data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, entrepreneurship, programming, generative artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, project management, digital economy, and other in-demand fields.
It should be noted that significant results were achieved during the previous phase of the program. Between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, more than 67,000 users joined the program and successfully completed 107,759 courses on the platform, earning internationally recognized certificates. More than 18,600 users benefited from courses translated into Azerbaijani, completing a total of 41,700 courses.
Among the most popular areas of study in the previous phase were leadership and management, data analytics, artificial intelligence, business strategy, software development, machine learning, language and communication skills, finance and marketing, and cybersecurity.
According to the results of a survey conducted among participants in the program’s second phase, 92.1% of the 2,261 respondents reported being satisfied with the project, while 99.2% supported the continuation of the program. In addition, 47.9% stated that the program had improved their job performance, 20.7% reported that the knowledge and skills they acquired had positively affected their salaries, and 16.9% indicated that they had received promotions at work.
The program will continue to be implemented through a partnership between the public and private sectors. Companies including PASHA Holding, SOCAR, TotalEnergies, XRG, JOCAP, Norm Cement, Smart Solutions Group, and B2B Group are supporting the new phase of the program as partners within the framework of their corporate social responsibility initiatives.
