The Beginning of the right path: Kapital Bank celebrates its 150th Anniversary with students of Baku State University

In honor of its 150th anniversary, Kapital Bank, the country's first bank, organized a training program titled “The Beginning of the Right Path” in collaboration with Baku State University. During the event, students participated in various training sessions, intellectual and entertaining games, and the winning team was awarded a trophy. The main objective of the event was to support students’ personal development and career planning.

As part of the training program, Kapital Bank employees conducted sessions on topics such as “personal development and teamwork skills,” “IT security,” “your rights in the workplace,” and “career planning and advancement.”

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Alish Aghamirzayev, Vice-Rector for Social Issues, Student Affairs and Public Relations at Baku State University, discussed the social projects implemented at the university and emphasized that the joint project with Kapital Bank would be beneficial for the students’ career building.

It should be noted that more than 100 members of the “BSU Volunteers” organization, the Student Trade Union Committee, and the Student Youth Organization also participated in the training program.
