Gunel Mavliyarova: Kapital Bank is generally a workplace open to innovation and change. We have a corporate environment ready to hear the voice of employees and support their ideas. These qualities will always lead the bank to greater achievements. As a bank, our approach to social projects is to be maximum useful to the target audience of those projects. We always used those criteria as a basis in our projects aimed at women, which we always implement on the eve of March 8. Even several times these projects have been awarded various prestigious awards.
