PASHA Bank supports the development of young people from vulnerable groups

As part of its corporate social responsibility strategy, PASHA Bank continues to support the "Let's Build the Future Together!" ("Gələcəyi birlikdə quraq!") project, which fosters the development of young people from vulnerable social groups.

Implemented by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan in collaboration with "Care Group," this initiative aims to prepare 40 youths (aged 13–18) living in social service institutions—such as children's homes—for the labor market and to assist them in making informed decisions regarding their future careers.

In the final stage, individual development paths will be determined for each participant based on their training outcomes, skills, areas of interest, and development potential. Through partnerships with other organizations, opportunities for internship programs, mentorship, and potential employment will be assessed for the selected participants.
