PASHA Bank acts as a financial partner of the “Empowering Futures” (“Gələcəyi birlikdə quraq!”) project, which supports the development of the potential of young people from vulnerable social groups within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy.
The initiative, organized by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Care Group, aims to increase the labor market readiness of 40 young people aged 13–18 living and studying in orphanages, as well as to support them in shaping their future career choices more responsibly.
Within the framework of the project, individual development directions will be determined for the participants, taking into account their training results, skills, areas of interest, and development potential. Internship programs, mentoring and potential employment opportunities for selected participants will be evaluated within the framework of cooperation with partner organizations.
It should be noted that for PASHA Bank, a member of the UN Global Compact, investing in the development of human capital and the realization of the potential of young people is one of the priority corporate social responsibility directions serving the formation of an inclusive and sustainable society. The bank will continue to implement initiatives that contribute to the development of knowledge and skills of young people, their successful integration into the labor market, and their long-term professional development.
